The Talent Specialist delivers high-volume Talent Acquisition operations with accuracy, efficiency, and an exceptional candidate experience. This role supports hiring across the Americas (U.S., Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and other LATAM countries) and Fortive's 10 operating companies by coordinating interviews, managing offers and pre-employment activities, facilitating new employee orientation, maintaining data integrity, and driving continuous improvement across recruiting operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare and deliver offer letters and manage pre-employment activities, including new hire record creation, background screenings, and right-to-work verification
  • Facilitate engaging virtual new employee orientation sessions, ensuring new hires have a positive onboarding experience and are set up for success
  • Maintain accurate hiring records and ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data quality standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders

 

Qualifications

  • Professional proficiency in English
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a similar role, preferably supporting high-volume hiring in multiple countries
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing requests, exercise sound judgment, and consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, improve processes, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems; experience with Oracle, Eightfold, and ServiceNow is preferred

 

Preferred

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
