Manufacturing Test Engineering Technician

The Manufacturing Test Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting production test operations, product qualification activities, and engineering projects to ensure manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Release (NPR) activities, including product qualification, product improvement initiatives, hardware correlation studies, and hardware troubleshooting/repair.
  • Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to support ADBN Fab Resiliency projects, including 6-inch to 8-inch wafer conversion activities.
  • Support Reliability (REL) activities through test execution, data collection, analysis, and documentation.
  • Assist in lot-on-hold investigations by collecting and analyzing manufacturing and test data to support timely issue resolution.
  • Provide weekend manufacturing support (Saturday-Sunday) including product monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives related to test processes and manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

  • Higher Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of electronics, test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work in a manufacturing environment and support weekend operations when required.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or test operations is a plus.
