We have one store in Nassau, a clinical product line built for skin that other brands ignore, and customers who do not buy from anyone else. We are hiring one Sales Associate to be the person customers ask for by name. Full-time and part-time options are both available.What the role actually isYou greet, you listen, you build the package, you book the next visit, you follow up on day 2, days 4-5, and day 7. You hit team sales targets. You know your numbers the way an owner knows them.Compensation$7.50 per hour, paid weekly for hours workedFull-time: 40 hours per week scheduled. Part-time: 15 to 30 hours per week, scheduled.Overtime at $11.25 per hour for hours beyond 40 per week10% raise after 90-day probation and another 10% at one year, based on performance reviewTiered commission on weekly product sales above a store baseline; rates increase as your sales growPerformance bonuses for customer reviews collected, transformation packages sold, and consistent monthly performanceWeekly payYou will do well here ifYou do quick math in your head without flinchingYou write a clean message: clear, correct, confidentYou finish what you say you will finishYou ask a customer for the sale, and you do not flinch on that eitherYou will not do well here ifYou need to be told what to do every hourThis is a store of two or three people.
