The ideal candidate is a self-starter with advanced technical skills in Tableau and Snowflake, a proven ability to drive analytics projects independently, and a passion for leveraging automation and AI to drive reporting efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and maintain advanced interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau for P2P metrics and KPIs, including executive-level reporting.

  • Perform complex data analysis using Snowflake, Excel, Google Sheets, and Access to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in large datasets.

  • Establish and document report data formatting, delivery methods, and maintenance procedures.

  • Submit routine and ad-hoc reports to internal staff and executive team as requested.

  • Validate results to ensure data integrity and accuracy of all reports and data files produced.

  • Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports with clear narratives, KPIs, and actionable insights.

  • Translate complex data findings into concise, visually compelling presentations for C-suite and senior leadership.

  • Establish reporting standards, templates, and best practices for the broader analytics team.

  • Proactively identify reporting gaps and propose data-driven solutions without waiting for direction.

2. Domain Expertise & Business Partnership:

  • Analyze end-to-end P2P processes including requisition-to-PO, invoice-to-pay, vendor management, sourcing, commodity management, and contracting.

  • Provide quality management reporting for Procurement and AP teams with actionable insights.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics: spend analysis, savings tracking, invoice cycle time, payment terms compliance, supplier performance, and AP aging.

  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

  • Provide recommendations on all Procurement and Accounts Payable related issues, plans, reports, training, and metrics.

  • Develop innovative approaches to review P2P process effectiveness and explore solutions for internal stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions and present findings to upper management with clarity and impact.

3. Technical Execution & System Support:

  • Extract, transform, and validate data from Coupa and NetSuite ERP systems.

  • Build, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries, views, tables, and stored procedures in Snowflake for efficient data retrieval and analysis.

  • Manage and maintain Google Sheets-based reporting workflows including those connected to Tableau as live data sources.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Google Apps Script to streamline repetitive reporting tasks, scheduled data pulls, and email distributions.

  • Support corporate initiatives and projects related to data requests and analytical products.

  • Provide support in system enhancement activities by performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with system administrators.

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data infrastructure.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, Snowflake tasks, and automated reporting workflows to ensure continuity.

4. Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Independently lead end-to-end reporting and analytics projects from requirements gathering through delivery, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Partner with Procurement and AP teams to understand evolving reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.

  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to VP and C-suite level stakeholders with clarity and impact.

  • Drive and influence change through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead projects and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

  • Conduct training sessions on reporting tools, self-service analytics, and automation capabilities.

5. AI & Automation Innovation:

  • Evaluate and implement AI-assisted tools and techniques to reduce manual reporting effort and improve analytical efficiency.

  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to accelerate report development, documentation, and data summarization.

  • Explore and apply automation opportunities across reporting workflows using Google Apps Script, Snowflake Tasks, and other available technologies.

  • Stay current with emerging AI and analytics trends and proactively recommend adoption where applicable within the P2P domain.
