The Campus Director ensures compliance with state and federal legislation, engages in the interactive process with students, determines and recommends reasonable and appropriate accommodations that support student success and maintain academic integrity.The incumbent must demonstrate cultural humility, sensitivity, and the ability to effectively train, guide, and support students, faculty, and staff from diverse academic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds.
