About the role:

As a Product RS Project Manager you will create projects to successful completion while ensuring delivery within agreed schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

Working within a diverse environment, you will coordinate teams, manage project priorities, and ensure communication between partners. You will help deliver customer commitments while supporting continuous improvement. This is a full-time job.

 

You will report to the Operations Senior Manager and be located at Orsay. This is a hybrid role.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and establish schedule and cost baselines.
  • Coordinate diverse teams, including engineering, quality, procurement, supply chain, and project controls.
  • Ensure project activities are delivered following customer requirements, contractual commitments, and project schedules.
  • Monitor project performance and address issues affecting scope, schedule, cost, quality, or risk.
  • Interpret and communicate project and contract requirements to teams.
  • Manage project changes through established change management processes.
  • Work with customers and company partners to maintain agreement throughout project execution.
  • Help resolve contract interpretation issues in collaboration with Contract Managers.
  • Identify new technical, regulatory, or operational issues that could affect project delivery.
  • Raise awareness within the project team and develop mitigation or recovery plans.
  • Manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support decision-making by providing accurate project data and recommendations.
  • Support project team members through coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance.
  • Foster collaboration across project teams and functional organizations.
  • Help create an environment focused on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Maintain project databases, systems, and documentation to ensure project control and information sharing.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress, performance, and financial status to management.
  • Ensure project information remains accurate, current, and accessible.
  • Conduct project closeout reviews and final quality assessments.
  • Capture lessons learned, improvement opportunities, and risk mitigation best practices.
  • Share knowledge and recommendations to support future project success.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management. We will value nuclear experience.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience coordinating diverse teams and multiple concurrent activities.
  • Knowledge of departments supporting projects, including:
    • Finance
    • Quality
    • Procurement
    • Supply Chain
    • Engineering
  • Fluent in English.
