Payments - Kinexys Product Market & Expansion Associate,

Harness your expertise to build pivotal relationships, identify areas of improvement, increase efficiencies, and lead our products to their launch.  As a Senior Market and Product Expansion Associate within Kinexys,  you will help execute Kinexys’s highest-priority initiatives and deliver meaningful, high-impact outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to work independently to translate complex inputs into crisp, actionable results.
 Job responsibilities

• Support the development and ongoing refinement of strategy for our business, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Prepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadership
• Maintain an informed view of the digital assets and broader fintech landscape
• Supports the team on pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
• Develops a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets
• Builds and maintains working relationships with stakeholders across distinct functions including Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, and Technology

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working in Product, Technology, or Project Management
• Developing knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• consulting or strategy experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear insights
• Maintaining both a collaborative working style while also being comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
