During the ongoing project, the responsibility for project management, the previously defined laboratory services and the deployment of our employees in this project lies with Eurofins PSS.Job DescriptionAs a Data & Analytics Specialist, you will join the Eurofins Professional Scientific Services (PSS) team to support our client with the development and implementation of data-driven solutions across their Process Science & Tech Ops Department. You will contribute to data analytics, data management, automation, and visualization initiatives, transforming complex data into actionable insights and supporting data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.This role offers the opportunity to combine analytics, technology, and Life Sciences expertise within a collaborative and international environment.Contribute to the development and execution of a centralized data strategy, including the rollout of data solutions, data governance and data quality guidelinesDesign, develop and implement data analytical solutions for data processing, analysis, and visualizationDevelop scalable data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and cloud technologies (AWS)Maintain and continuously improve databases, supporting systems, templates and metadata to ensure reliable data operationsMonitor data quality metrics and continuously improve data accuracy, consistency, and robustness across systemsDevelop automation solutions, web applications and API integrationsContribute to local and global projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersQualificationsDegree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related fieldProficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, or similar scripting languagesExperience in data analysis, data management, and database systemsKnowledge of Databricks is an advantageFamiliarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWSExperience with web application development and API integrationsHands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and accuracyAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and international project teamsAdditional InformationCompany CultureAt Eurofins PSS, our company culture is deeply rooted in our four core values: Teamwork, Integrity, Superlative Customer Satisfaction, and Productivity.
