Business Process Architect (Maternity Cover)
Job Description:
Are you fascinated by the complexity of running a business in the high-tech aeronautical industry? Do you enjoy working with colleagues around the world and integrating different perspectives? Do you have the ability to conceptualize business activities into processes?
Then this job is for you!
The position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. We are specifically looking for a temporary replacement for 12 months during a maternity leave, to be optionally extended upon demand.
What the job is ...
As a Business Process Architect, you ensure the consistency of business processes, process requirements and projects through coordination with the Process Community and all relevant internal & external stakeholders. You analyze mapped processes in an “end to end” (= cross functional, interface-focused) perspective to reduce redundancies and build efficiency in the communication of processes, thus directly supporting operations within Satair.
You will also help to develop and support the Process Community to take on true process ownership by building and strengthening their process thinking and supporting the community in improving their competences in process methods.
As for us, we are an international team of 13 process architects and auditors; split into teams located in Hamburg, Copenhagen and Singapore and Miami. This melting pot of cultures and competences make us a friendly and open team, so we are used to supporting each other. No two days are alike and your tasks can evolve depending on your interests and our needs.
How you will contribute to the team:
Liaise with the process community to develop Satair's process landscape in our company management system
Ensure processes and controlled documentation are commonly designed with the above mentioned end to end perspective across functions and interfaces
Support the inclusion of suggested process improvements where appropriate
Be an internal reference for lean concepts, principles, tools and techniques
Facilitate and support workshops on process-related topics, including stakeholder management
What do you offer?
You are a team player with a quality and process-oriented mindset, who is able to structure and self-organize your work.
Being fluent on a business-level English supports your excellent communication and facilitation skills, which are paired with good emotional intelligence as you will be dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders.
You have solid knowledge of Google Workspace tools and don't shy away from IT tools in general.
Having professional experience in the aviation industry and some basic understanding of quality standards & certification (AS9120 etc.) is definitely considered a plus.
What does your next challenge look like?
