Brand
1.0.Improve Brand Recognition
1.1The goal is to increase the recognition of JLL brand in the market. This can be achieved by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, sponsoring events, and leveraging social media to engage with the target audience.
1.2.By attaining these goals, the JLL brand will have a stronger presence and reputation in the market, enhancing its ability to attract and retain commercial real estate professionals.
2.0.Enhance JLL's Reputation
2.1The goal is to uphold and maintain JLL's reputation as a trusted and reliable service provider in the real estate industry. This can be achieved by consistently delivering high-quality services, addressing customer feedback and concerns, and actively managing the online reputation.
2,2.The goal is to create consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and touchpoints. This can be achieved by developing brand guidelines, training employees on brand messaging.
Client
- Vehicles document compliance are to be 100% correct and valid at all times on tool and hard copies for all active vehicles only.
Requirement to Fulfil
Individual TFM FM / TM will conduct surprise audit on 25 % of vehicle documentation maintenance on transport tool and hard copies every month at respective site.
The audit report will be shared with respective JLL Account Manager and JLL Transport Lead
Points will also be calculated for performance during scheduled internal and external audits
Vehicle documentation of all active vehicles on the transport tool to be 100% compliant at all times across all sites
- All non compliant vehicles are to be deactivated from the system
- All actions on pending / extension / renewal / non submission / delay in submission of documents are to be submitted by JLL team on real time basis for approval by Dell Management.
- Driver document compliance are to be 100% correct and valid at all times on tool and hard copies for all active driver only.

All transport incidents across all sites to be reported on call to respective Site Lead and Client on call. SMS / WhatsApp message to be submitted in case of mobile numbers not reachable - within 30 minutes of incident
Primary Report on tool and to all stakeholders - within 3 hours of incident
Detailed RCA with all supporting's as per format - Within 48 hours
(applicable for working days only / weekends and public holidays not to be considered)
OTHERS :
Spot Verification and incident findings report (photographs enclosed) by TPT team member - within 24 hours of major accident / incident
- Respective site stakeholder contact details to be prominently displayed at TPT room for easy access to team members during time of incident / emergency - JLL
- TPT manager only to prepare detailed RCA and submit to Dell Lead with all supporting documents including photographs for all incidents
- No. of incidents not communicated and reported as mentioned within the stipulated timeframe will invoke penalty as mentioned
Note : Delay in receipt of employee feedback (All Users) within 48 hours of the incident and submission of RCA to be escalated to DELL Site Lead

- Customer Experience - Transport
The scoring will be based totally on the results of Pulse Survey conducted every month.
The ratings will be provided on behaviour and responsiveness of Transport Team members in customer management..
'- As per SLA, the customer satisfaction index per month has to be a minimum of 75% and above across all sites

- Feedback will be categorized as per tool format cross all sites
- In case of any disagreement on the feedback provide by the employee, a detailed analysis to be conducted by JLL team on same and finalized with Dell management
- Unrealistic and impractical negative feedbacks will not be considered for JLL ratings. To be discussed within JLL and Dell teams for agreement and recorded.

- Demonstrate a professional partnership with Dell cluster leads ensuring an average overall KPI scores of >4 , thereby achieve high quality performance indicators.

- Ensure all recordable incidents are reported timely to client team and the same recorded in client based incident tool. . Implement actions as per RCA & Lessons Learnt within approved timelines.
1.Ensure monthly cadence with client to review risk and mitigation plans
2. Risks identified are captured in the form of risk register discussed with the client.
- Build a mechanism for timely and quality MMR data at cluster lead level to bring discipline on reporting standards
1.Support with data related to India for QBR reporting and align with Dell India client
2. Use of technology: help desk, Log sheet, check list, Regular review of the dashboards should be demonstrated with timely reporting

People
1.Completion of all JLL & Dell mandatory trainings within the prescribed timelines and also ensure the Direct Reports completion as well.
1.2.Develop and manage a leadership development program including all direct reports as part of career development plan (Monthly discussion with Line Manager on Team training and skill enhancement)
1.3.Create performance objectives linked to the learning and development to improve the talent for direct reports (Monthly)
1.4.create a target to complete a few critical management/leadership skill courses for self-improvement and career progression
1.5.Ensure minimum of 40 hours of JLL training mandatory through Learning and development
1.6. Completion of trainings as per EHS training tracker for contract personnel monthly.
2. Provide constructive feedback and regular coaching to all direct reports. (Maintain the records weekly feedback and coaching sessions)
2.1. Develop a regular cadence to help employees by providing the required support/guidance to achieve their performance objectives & develop their professional capabilities.
2.2. Prepare Succession Plan for critical positions and regularly review the requirement
Complete all performance agreements, and timely reviews to help the team achieve the objectives, same needs to be discuss with line manager (monthly)
3. Complete site induction and maintain documentation prior to deploying any JLL or contractor deployment on site.
- Adopt a new hire. Detailed induction process and monitoring to make new employees are comfortable as part of the work culture (Record to be maintained)
-Instill the buddy system for all new employees for cross functional support and knowledge (Record to be maintained)
-Set a process for interaction and process guidelines for new hire to create a platform to engage and address the employee growth needs. Training and guidance on SOW and SOP, same needs to be documented.
3.1. Recognition of talent through Ovations, Pat on the Back etc., to motivate the employees to achieve new heights
3.2. TM should put their efforts in developing people and nominate them for the rewards with their accomplishments.
3.3. Provide weekly OFFs, OT & compensatory leaves as per statutory guidelines, Any overtime must be pre-approved by the line manager and will be compensated as per statutory norms. If a team member works on a weekly off or public holiday, compensatory leave will be granted and must be availed within the prescribed period. Shift rosters will be managed fairly and equitably across the team. Any changes to the roster must be approved by the line manager prior to implementation. Install a process that ensures maximum retention of employees.

1.2 Learning and Training, which helps the self-growth, in all the verticals of Transport Operations.
1.3. Self assessment on the subject knowledge to be evaluated on monthly, for the further raining and discussion on the individual performance.
1.4. Ready to take new roles and responsibility in the Transport operations.
1.5.Identify opportunities & nominate self and team members for visiting other account in the city as part of initiatives to pick up best practices.
1.6. Keep track of the employee performance and provide necessary training on the skill enhancement. Same needs to be documents
2.1.Participate in new initiatives outside of immediate responsibilities to bring quality efficiency for both Dell and JLL.
2.2.Create a mechanism to track the Self, and team performance. Same needs to be discussed with line manager monthly.
2.3.Effectively participate towards Work Dynamics initiatives to explore areas for new business opportunities for generating added value for the JLL.
