As an Azure Full Stack- Senior Manager, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation group. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and strategic vision to drive project success, interacting with clients at a strategic level to deliver impactful results. You will be responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, and applying sound judgment to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on Custom Application Development & Testing within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network. You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence, contributing to the overall success of the firm. Your ability to craft and convey clear, impactful messages and apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems will be crucial. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of custom software solutions using Azure technologies
- Managing full-stack development projects, confirming alignment with client requirements and timelines
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and microservices to enhance system functionality
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C# to build scalable and efficient software applications
- Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain software quality
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous integration and delivery processes
- Applying strategic questioning and analytical thinking to identify and address business process improvements
- Facilitating software testing and quality assurance to validate application performance and reliability
- Guiding teams in the adoption of agile methodologies and software development best practices
- Building and nurturing client relationships to support ongoing project success and service excellence

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
