Job Description
As a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in Lansdowne, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a financial institution, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for employees, visitors, and customers. You will monitor access, manage visitor interactions, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. - Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a financial institution front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a professional front desk presence, provide directions and information, and support a welcoming environment for all guests.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
