Working with external and internal stakeholders to undertake feasibility study Provide findings and internal reporting from the feasibility study, and provide proposed solution and programme Implementation management and overseeing compliance to the execution process Support built pipeline, including: Coordinate a team of architects, engineers and designers and deliver projects aligned with the defined scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with on-site operations teams to perform feasibility / Gap analysis for conversion of existing data center spaces to new / upgraded uses. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (i.e. Project/Programme Management) Technical understanding of mission critical environments on a multidisciplinary level Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experienced and has the ability to lead team of architects and engineers in advanced engineering and operational processes and procedures as they relate to large data center environments. Experienced with design & construction procurement and contract Minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering, equipment and/or construction for mission critical or hi-tech industry Minimum of 5 years' experience as project or team manager These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
