As a Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction related to aftermarket sales by coordinating and communicating with various departments to achieve timely and accurate order processing and on-time material shipment. You will work directly with customers to handle order processing, pricing, and spares-related inquiries while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Arvada, Colorado location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact customer retention and satisfaction by delivering timely solutions, maintaining accurate product records, and fostering strong customer relationships, all while supporting the efficient operation of the aftermarket sales process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding customer service to exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Deliver solutions with a sense of urgency, prioritizing customers' needs and acting quickly to resolve their issues.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with customers, keeping them updated on the progress and status of their requests.
  • Interface directly with customers, representatives, and distributors within the Sundyne infrastructure.
  • Coordinate pre-sales activities with departments such as Product Planners, Purchasing, Engineering, Field Service, Accounting, and Sales to ensure commitments are met.
  • Review and process orders accurately through the e-commerce system, including configuring, quoting, and pricing assemblies and motors.
  • Create item masters, determine pricing and lead times, and apply Channel Partner discounts as per contractual agreements.
  • Maintain accurate product records including field modifications, upgrades, and conversions.
  • Administer return material authorizations and issue credit adjustments as required within company policy.
  • Provide emergency 24/7 service support during non-working hours as needed.
  • Develop and communicate recommendations for system improvements, pricing, and procedures; create or modify training documents.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to enhance company reputation.
  • Provide coverage for the reception desk as needed.

The salary range for this position is ($35,400.00 - $44,300.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 or more years of experience in a related, customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of Office365, JD Edwards or other ERP systems, and CRM software such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Basic ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate clearly and frequently with customers.

  • Experience in fluid handling or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide solutions with urgency.
