Position Summary
The Workforce Analyst II(Power BI) supports workforce planning, people analytics, and reporting initiatives by delivering data-driven insights to HR and business leaders. This role is responsible for analyzing workforce trends, maintaining dashboards, monitoring key HR metrics, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, and retention.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
Support workforce planning and forecasting activities.
Provide actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HR systems.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on workforce initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, or Business Analytics.
Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Skills: Workforce Analytics, Reporting, Power BI, Excel, Workforce Planning, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management.
