About this opportunity:

At Ericsson, we are seeking to hire a Price Manager to join our energetic and supportive team. In this vital role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the sales team and central organizations to resonate our business strategies, secure maximized value, and conduct a comprehensive regional benchmark analysis. You will also set and manage the approval processes for prices on Hardware, Software, and Services, advising on terms and conditions, profitability, cash flow, and commercial risks. Utilizing your expertise, you will manage commercial models, developing compelling arguments to support account negotiations.

What you will do:

• Develop and lead pricing strategies for hardware, software, and services. • Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to ensure competitive positioning. • Create and own business cases, collaborating with stakeholders across sales, domain and commercial teams. • Initiate and lead pricing approval processes, ensuring alignment with global teams based on required standards. • Provide advice on terms and conditions, cash flow, profitability and risk assessments. • Support customer price sheets and devise discounts and incentive structures. • Contribute to pricing excellence initiatives on analytics, automation and digitalization.

The skills you bring:

• A degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field. • A minimum of 8 years of experience in related field across Telecom CSPs, Network equipment vendors, IT & Cloud Infra or Technology organisations. • Knowledge of the India telecom market and awareness of new technologies (Cloud, AI-RAN etc) and how to monetize and develop commercial models. • Strong financial acumen, including business case development. • Outstanding analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making. • Demonstrated skills in direct customer negotiations, stakeholder management, and commercial operations. • Fluency in English. • Adaptability and a proactive, ownership-driven approach. • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills, especially under tight deadlines. • Creativity and innovation in developing "ways of working" (WoW). • A results-oriented mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo with facts.
