Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our fire business unit.
Position Responsibilities:
- Complete and delivery of submittal packages which includes, drawings, data sheets, docs for FDNY compliance, etc.
- Works within AFA departments, internally, to schedule techs for installs, punch lists items, pre-test inspections, etc.
- Processes, tracks and responds to Notices of Defect from FDNY
- Schedules FDNY inspections for final sign-offs
- Coordinates creation and delivery of as-built drawings
- Provides general support for middle managers (service + insp)
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service, dispatch and/or tech support experience
- High School Diploma
- General basic working knowledge of fire alarm
- General basic working knowledge of autocad
- Ability to work in NYC office full time
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with sales, management, electrical and general contractors
- Expeditor license a plus but not required
Pay Range: The hourly pay range for this position is $28.00–$40.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
