- Partnering with clients to understand their life and financial objectives, conducting in-depth financial reviews, and fostering long-term connections through ongoing support and guidance
- Leveraging data-driven insights to analyze results, develop recommendations, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs, policies, and practices
- Collaborating with your team to achieve shared objectives while enhancing the client experience and demonstrating a commitment to service excellence
- Monitoring productivity and service delivery, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, and championing continuous improvement initiatives
- Staying informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure you remain at the forefront of financial planning
- Sharing your expertise by mentoring and guiding colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Upholding a strong culture of risk management and control, aligned with the organization’s risk appetite
- Engaging fully as a valued team member and contributing to a positive, service-oriented workplace
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in banking services, with a track record of managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice (preferred)
- Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), if not currently licensed
- Commitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years in the role.
- CFP Eligibility requirements: University Degree OR meet one of the following:
- Up to 10 years of qualifying work experience
- Have been a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years at the time of applying

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- 3–5 years in banking or financial services preferred—especially if you know how to build relationships and offer smart investment advice
- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) required prior to your start date
- Ready to get registered with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) if you aren’t already
- Excited to earn your Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in your first three years
- CFP eligibility: Got a university degree OR up to 10 years relevant experience OR 5+ years as a QAFP pro in good standing
