Production Associate

Role responsibilities

Operate enameling lines and ovens to produce high-quality magnet wire while adhering to safety and quality control plans. Monitor machine processes, perform changeovers, and ensure proper packaging and stripping of reels.

Requirements

Candidates must be able to work 12-hour overnight shifts and follow strict manufacturing and safety instructions. The role requires the ability to identify process problems and implement corrective actions.
