Team Overview

The Product Delivery & Transformation team within TDS Data, Delivery & Integration (DDI) is responsible for advancing delivery excellence across TD Securities by establishing modern delivery practices, enabling organizational agility, and driving enterprise transformation initiatives. The team partners across Business, Technology, Risk, and Control function to strengthen delivery capability, improve execution maturity, and deliver strategic outcomes through scalable delivery frameworks and continuous improvement.

About The Role

We are seeking a Tooling & Delivery Enablement specialist as a subject matter expert with a strong bias toward efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement. This role will partner across functions as we undergo product-led transformation to evaluate, implement, and optimize the tools and workflows that enable effective delivery.

The successful candidate will bring 7-10+ years of hands-on experience across delivery tooling, workflow design, data and analytics, and process reengineering, with deep working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and workflow automation platforms. They will be equally comfortable configuring tools and advising on tooling strategy, translating the needs of a product-led organization into practical, scalable solutions. Experience in financial services or similarly complex regulated environments is an asset.

Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as the department’s subject matter expert for delivery and product tooling, including evaluation, selection, configuration, and optimization

  • Assess tooling needs at the initiative level and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions in partnership with technology teams and vendors

  • Configure and maintain tools across the delivery ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and workflow automation platforms

  • Design and implement workflows that support agile, product-led, and hybrid delivery models

  • Partner with Business Architects, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Product Managers, and Release Train Engineers to understand tooling pain points and deliver practical solutions

  • Work with technology partners to evaluate new tools, manage integrations, and ensure tooling decisions align with enterprise standards

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics using Microsoft Suite and other data tools to support delivery visibility, capacity planning, and decision making

  • Apply process reengineering principles to identify workflow inefficiencies and redesign processes for improved delivery performance

  • Develop process flows, workflow documentation, and tooling guides that are clear, reusable, and accessible to diverse teams

  • Progressively establish department-wide tooling standards, governance, and a rationalized tooling landscape across Capital Markets

  • Define and track metrics that measure adoption of tooling, workflow effectiveness, and delivery enablement outcomes

  • Stay current on emerging tools and practice in product-led delivery environments and bring relevant recommendations forward

  • Support onboarding of new teams and individuals onto delivery tools and workflows

Experience & Education

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 7–10+    years of progressive experience in a tooling, delivery enablement, business analysis, or process improvement role

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring and administering Jira and Confluence at scale, including workflow customization, permission schemes, and reporting

  • Experience working within or directly supporting agile, product-led, or SAFe delivery environments, with familiarity with the roles of Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Release Train Engineers

  • Experience evaluating and implementing workflow and collaboration tools in complex organizations

  • Strong background in data, analytics, or reporting; able to design and maintain dashboards to translate delivery data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders

  • Experience applying process reengineering or continuous improvement methodologies to identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows for improved delivery performance

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or equivalent reporting tools, with the ability to produce clear, executive-ready outputs

  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tool such as Power Automate or equivalent platforms, and visual collaboration tools such as Miro

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across functions and translate technical tooling concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Familiarity with LeanIX, Ardoq, or similar architecture and capability management tool is an asset

  • Experience working within financial services or another highly regulated industry is an asset
