You will ensure internal processes and interfaces run smoothly, supporting the operations and finance teams that keep our fleet running.Developing, customizing and maintaining Odoo modules in PythonDesigning and implementing system integrations between Odoo and other internal/external systems (e.g. via REST APIs)Automating business processes within the ERP systemAnalyzing functional requirements together with business units (e.g. Finance, Operations) and implementing technical solutionsEnsuring data quality, performance and stability of the systemsTroubleshooting and resolving integration issuesDocumenting system architecture and processesYour skills and qualificationsProfessional experience in backend development with PythonUnderstanding of ERP processes (e.g. accounting, warehousing, sales)Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and API interfacesStructured, solution-oriented way of workingGood communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholdersGood German and English skillsNice to haveHands-on experience with Odoo (developing custom modules, customizing)Experience with additional integration tools (e.g. message queues, ETL processes)Knowledge of logistics, fleet or mobility ITWhat you can expect from usCompetitive salary aligned with your skills and experienceRoom to shape the technical evolution of our systems landscapeClose collaboration with business units and direct impact on operational processesFlexible working hours and remote/hybrid optionsOpportunities for personal and professional growthDiversityCYCLE values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
