We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Corporate Trust Client Services team. This role is located in Dublin.
We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Corporate Trust Client Services team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with strong operational experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will support clients across the EMEA region, manage complex service activity and contribute to the delivery of a consistently high standard of client experience.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to complex operational and product-related enquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Support the timely and controlled execution of high-value payments and trades across a range of transaction types.
- Manage escalated issues effectively, partnering with internal teams to investigate, resolve and communicate outcomes clearly.
- Contribute to a strong control environment by maintaining accuracy, highlighting risks and escalating exceptions appropriately.
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes, enhance efficiency using AI tools and automation.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Approximately 3–4 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in client services, settlements, custody, payments or trade support.
- Experience in Corporate Trust, back/middle office operations or client servicing is highly advantageous.
- Working knowledge across areas such as asset-backed commercial paper, securities settlement, structured note programmes and collateral monitoring is preferable.
- Be highly numerate with good attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
