Your work will directly contribute to our mission of creating intelligent solutions that transform how businesses and individuals interact with information and make decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct cutting-edge research in natural language processing, language models, and generative AI to advance the state-of-the-art in these fieldsDesign, develop, and implement novel machine learning algorithms and techniques specifically for LLMsAnalyze and interpret complex datasets, particularly in text and language domainsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate research into practical applicationsStay current with the latest AI research, particularly in LLMs, by reading academic papers, attending conferences, and engaging with the research communityPublish research findings in top-tier academic journals and conferences, enhancing Domyn reputation as a leader in AI researchDevelop prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of new AI approachesMentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of our research teamContribute to the responsible development of AI by addressing issues of bias, fairness, and transparency in language modelsWhat You HavePhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Master's degree with exceptional research experience will be considered)Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR)Deep understanding of machine learning principles, particularly deep learning and transformer-based architecturesExpertise in large language models, generative AI, and natural language processingExperience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlowStrong programming skills in Python and related ML/data science librariesExcellent analytical and mathematical skills, including statistics and linear algebraExperience with large-scale model training and distributed computingDemonstrated ability to conduct independent research and drive projects from conception to completionWhat Would Be Nice to HaveCandidates with experience in relevant software development frameworks and strong problem-solving skills are highly desired. Additional expertise in API development and cloud services will be advantageous.Experience with financial data, financial language processing, or AI applications in the financial sectorFamiliarity with reinforcement learning, particularly RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)Experience with multimodal AI systems combining text, images, or other data typesKnowledge of model compression, quantization, and efficient inference techniquesFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with model evaluation, benchmark creation, and performance measurementBenefitsCompensationDomyn offers a competitive compensation structure, including salary, performance-based bonuses, and additional components based on experience.
