This is your opportunity to join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Compliance representative, providing guidance, expertise and services to ensure process and product quality for Global Supply Chain Operations.

A Supply Chain Compliance representative:

  • Leads, or contributes to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information, financial flows, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

  • Leads or participates in multi-function supply chain projects with an emphasis on project planning, supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of compliance, cost, service and inventory.

  • Participates in the design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, business intelligence and tools to support business growth in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

  • Identifies gaps and recommends opportunities for improving compliance, efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.

  • Works in conjunction with Information Technology partners to ensure the system framework addresses business requirements.

  • Implements, tests, troubleshoots and improves business systems to improve supply chain compliance, quality, efficiency and volume.

  • Manages and maintains policies, procedures, processes, and tools in compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or equivalent.
  • At least 4+ years of experience with supply chain, logistics, quality, manufacturing, or process engineering required.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems required.
  • Experience with quality management systems, ISO 13485, supplier management, and CAPA management strongly preferred.
  • Experience with transportation compliance, dangerous goods management, hazardous material management, and IATA or similar certification strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $80,800.00 - $126,250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
