- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and staff at the front desk of a residential location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
- Monitor visitor access, verify guest and vendor information, maintain accurate entry records, and communicate arrivals to appropriate residents or onsite personnel.
- Respond to resident concerns, access issues, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
- Observe front desk activity and available access points, report unusual activity or maintenance concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property.
- Maintain clear written logs and shift reports, communicate relevant information to incoming personnel, and support a professional, welcoming residential environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least one year of security-related experience.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
