The role
WAVE is a newly created team within Quotient. It exists to accelerate AI-enabled business development and help our teams move faster, think differently, and build with reuse in mind.
As Front-end / AI Content Creator, you will help WAVE’s work land. You will turn technical prototypes and ideas into compelling client-ready formats — from videos, avatars, podcasts, and visual narratives to lightweight front-ends that make a solution easier to understand, demonstrate, and adopt. This is a distinctive role for someone who knows the AI content toolset well, has enough front-end ability to assemble clean interfaces with AI support, and cares deeply about how work looks, feels, and communicates.
What you will do
You will help WAVE translate technical capability into formats that win attention and create momentum.
You will:
Produce high-quality AI-generated content, including videos, avatars, podcasts, and visual narratives.
Build lightweight front-ends and demos, using AI-assisted tools, to showcase prototypes in a clear and engaging way.
Develop and maintain reusable marketing and case material on WAVE’s AI offerings so the content can be used across the firm, not only within WAVE.
Help translate technical outputs into formats that partner teams can use with clients and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the AI Engineers to turn working solutions into polished experiences.
Partner with the Business Analyst to keep reusable content structured, current, and easy to access.
Contribute to the visual and narrative quality of WAVE’s outputs, making sure the work is not only technically sound but also easy to understand and compelling to present.
Move quickly from concept to draft to iteration, refining outputs based on feedback from technical and commercial colleagues.
Help the team create a more consistent and distinctive way of presenting AI-enabled work.
How you will be measured
Our success is simple to state: the team should be able to move from prototype to polished output without losing speed or quality. You’ll know you are succeeding when WAVE’s work is easier to present, easier to reuse, and easier for partners to put in front of clients.
Why join us?
You can be your best here. At Oliver Wyman, you will find meaningful work, talented people, and a culture built on trust, support, and growth.
Create solutions that have impact
Help turn technical prototypes into client-facing assets that make ideas easier to understand and use.
Work on AI-enabled content and front-end experiences that help our teams win work, sharpen proposals, and bring more energy to their stories.
Be part of a team where success is measured not only by what is built, but by whether it is clear, reusable, and influential.
Develop as a leader
Take ownership from day one in a role that sits close to WAVE’s most visible outputs.
Build credibility by combining design judgement, practical execution, and a strong sense of what will land with an audience.
Develop the confidence to shape how technical ideas are presented and experienced.
Learn without limits
Build a rare mix of AI content creation, front-end thinking, and exposure to consulting-led delivery.
Work closely with AI Engineers, the Business Analyst, the Technical Business Partner, and colleagues across Quotient and the wider firm.
Deepen your understanding of how AI tools, visual communication, and user experience come together in a consulting environment.
Thrive in a vibrant and inclusive culture
Work as part of a collaborative team that values different perspectives and practical problem solving.
Help shape how a new team grows, in a culture where people are encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and move quickly together.
Join an environment that supports inclusion, teamwork, and mutual respect.
Experience rewards that work for you
Enjoy a role designed for learning, visibility, and growth inside a newly created team.
Be part of a pilot that is built to scale, giving you exposure to how a new capability is shaped from the ground up.
Work in a way that supports performance, development, and sustainability.
Who can apply?
We are looking for someone who combines strong creative judgement with enough front-end capability to build clean, usable demos and interfaces with AI support. The right person will care about how things look and how they communicate, will be comfortable working fast and iteratively, and will enjoy collaborating with engineers and consultants to make complex work feel tangible.
This role is well suited to someone who wants to work at the intersection of content creation, AI-enabled storytelling, and lightweight product design.
Required qualifications
Strong command of current AI content-creation tools across video, audio, image, and avatar formats.
Enough front-end capability to stand up a clean interface or demo, leaning on AI tooling where appropriate.
A strong visual and editorial eye, with attention to how content looks, flows, and communicates.
Ability to work quickly and iteratively with engineers and consultants.
Experience turning technical or complex material into content that is clear, engaging, and usable.
Full professional English.
Preferred qualifications
Background in content, design, marketing, or creative production.
A portfolio of AI-generated or AI-assisted work.
Experience building reusable marketing, case, or demonstration material.
Spanish preferred.
How to apply
Please submit your CV and cover letter. If shortlisted, you will be invited to meet members of the WAVE team and discuss your experience, motivation, and approach to the role.
