You are responsible for making and improving credit decisions, actively shaping how we scale our risk operations. You operate independently in day-to-day underwriting and play a key role in improving our risk framework as volumes grow rapidly.Your MissionOwn and perform credit underwriting for end customers (B2C) and installer/partner companies (B2B)Review financial documents, application data, and risk indicators within defined underwriting rulesMake credit decisions within clearly defined approval limitsEnsure compliance with internal risk policies and underwriting guidelinesIdentify and escalate anomalies, risk signals, or potential fraud casesSupport the continuous improvement of underwriting and operational processesMaintain and improve data quality in risk-relevant systemsWork closely with the Risk team to ensure stable daily operationsYour Talent1–3 years of experience in Credit Risk, Underwriting, or Lending Operations Strong experience in both B2B underwriting (B2C is a plus)Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with financial data and structured decision-makingHigh attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility in executionReliable, structured, and disciplined working styleStrong Excel skillsComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsEnglish (minimum C1 level), fluent German is a plusOur OfferGrowth & CultureWe move fast, we’re building a lot from scratch, and we’re learning something new every day.
