As a Salesforce Omnistudio Technical Manager, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications to provide exceptional consulting services to clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications, enabling clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce Omnistudio technical projects and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce application solutions
- Utilizing technical proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and implementing software solutions to enhance business processes
- Developing training materials and providing support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications
- Promoting innovative design and emerging technologies to improve client service delivery
- Validating data integrity and compliance within Salesforce frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for business model development and process standardization
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process modeling
- Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
- Excelling in project architecture and project budgeting
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation and change
