The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and fostering an environment that supports innovation and quality throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team to enhance software quality and maintainability.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and query optimization within data warehousing environments.
- Experience in managing and optimizing cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.
- Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures that support complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and ETL processes to ensure reliable data flow.
- Skilled in performance tuning and troubleshooting within large-scale data warehouse systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
