About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Delivery Specialist to join our People function in Korea. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of day-to-day HR operations — delivering high-quality HR services to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle. From onboarding and learning administration to government compliance reporting and employee engagement, you will be a trusted HR partner to our internal stakeholders. What you will do:
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
- Support learning and development activities, including scheduling, logistics, and training administration.
- Manage government reporting and ensure ongoing HR compliance with Korean labor regulations and Ericsson global policies.
- Administer employee benefits and HR operational processes, including coordinating with HR vendors, managing purchase orders, and maintaining policy documentation.
- Manage communication channels on employee policies and benefits to ensure timely and accurate information sharing with employees.
- Support international mobility processes by coordinating with external service vendors and relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate internal events and initiatives to drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Partner with internal stakeholders — including business leaders, Finance, and Legal — to deliver high-quality HR advice and services.
- Maintain data accuracy in HR systems and support regular HR reporting and audits.
- Conduct necessary SOX controls and ensure regulatory compliance in all HR operational activities.
The skills you bring:
- 3–5 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience in a global, matrixed organization; experience in Korea is required; business-level English required.
- Working knowledge of Korean labor law, government reporting, statutory compliance, and data privacy principles.
- Solid hands-on experience across core HR operational areas, including benefits administration, onboarding, learning and development, and HR vendor management.
- Strong execution, attention to detail, and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver results with sound judgment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage effectively at multiple levels of the organization.
- Data- and insight-driven, with proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS.
- Process improvement mindset with a commitment to ethics, compliance, and continuous enhancement of HR service delivery.
- Proficiency in Korean and English communication.
