Join Fulham Football Club's matchday wellbeing team and help create a safe, supportive environment for supporters and visitors. This is a unique opportunity to use your mental health experience in one of football's most iconic settings.

Job Description

What you'll do
  • Provide compassionate, non-clinical emotional support on matchdays.
  • Offer active listening, reassurance and signposting to appropriate services.
  • Be a calm, approachable presence in our designated wellbeing spaces.
  • Respond to safeguarding and suicide risk concerns using agreed procedures.
  • Attend pre-match briefings, post-match debriefs and complete basic reporting.

What we're looking for
  • Mental health training and/or relevant qualifications.
  • Experience supporting people experiencing emotional distress.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • A calm, professional approach under pressure.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional boundaries.

The role
  • Casual matchday position based at Craven Cottage.
  • Regular availability for home fixtures preferred, opportunities for job sharing considered.
  • Attendance at ad hoc events, where available.
