Job DescriptionResponsible to execute Preventive Maintenance to automated equipment, support operations during ramp up after each PM execution, ensures all preventative maintenance activities are performed effectively, including opportunistic maintenance working with Preventative Maintenance coordinator to plan same.Record maintenance details in full on the designated forms / SAP.Report and action any abnormalities observed during Daily Task Maintenance / Planned Preventative Maintenance to reduce losses.Record spares used during preventive maintenance.Responsible to analyze equipment component parts removed to understand condition and establish ideal change frequency.Is responsible for following and updating SAP system to reflect new/removed tasks as needed to sustain/improve equipment overall efficiency.Applies technical knowledge with regards to mechanical, electrical and pneumatics functionality, knowledge in PLCs and Vision Systems, Servos drivers, etc. to resolve problems in the manufacturing process after each PM intervention.Develop initiatives to improve efficiency on all machines under his responsibility.Job ResponsibilitiesExecution of preventive maintenance activities, analyze parts conditions, establish ideal frequency of part changes.Participating on update and development of CILT, CL, documents.Follow all safety procedures and identify/communicate the necessary adjustments to address potential safety concerns, including the proper use of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).Work with BD production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure that goals are met.Maintain primary communication of performance goals and requirements identified by management.Support QN/CAPA activities as required (Corrective and Preventive Actions to address systemic issues in the manufacturing and quality systems.Communicate with cross-functional team members and suppliers to understand and determine product process and equipment specifications  May supervise or manage technicians, engineering interns or associate engineers Document process development including manufacturing procedures, protocols, and reports  Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of product design, manufacture, and assembly techniques  Estimate resource requirements, workload assignment, production times for manufacturing processes  Train technicians, operations and quality assurance on new design and process development and test methods Manage the manufacturing site selection process based on the evaluation of internal manufacturing sites, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.  Minimum Education:BA/BS Degree Required – Industrial, Mechanical, or other Engineering.Minimum Experience:Demonstrated leadership experience required.Demonstrated experience reading manuals, electrical/pneumatic and mechanical drawings.5 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing required.3 years’...
