Your role As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing standards, including standard times, plant layouts, material flow concepts, headcount models, and Industrial Engineering databases. You will drive productivity and operational excellence through process optimization, capacity planning, line balancing, and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities in your new role Conduct standard validations, time studies, method studies, data collection to determine IE standard and productivity improvement   Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities for Personnel, Capital, Material and Area cost.   Responsible for Layout design and area efficiency improvement.   Deployment of IE tools and methodologies in conducting studies, datacollection and projects.   Set and establish manufacturing standards and performance KPIs.   Take the responsibility for productivity improvements with cross functional teams.   Automation of data collection and evaluation  Your profile You have excellent analytical skills and a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement. You are comfortable working with data, identifying efficiency opportunities, and implementing productivity improvements. You are a collaborative team player who communicates effectively and supports operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualification and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Computer Engineering).  Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.  Intermediate level English proficiency (German language skills are an advantage).  Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and SAP.  #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
