We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager - Factory System Test Operations at HVDC Control & Protection to join our driven and professional team. How you'll make an impact
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of engineers in our factory system areas, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our test facilities together with other team managers, ensuring compliance with standards, specifications and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to identify and address potential quality issues and improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure test facilities are adequately staffed and equipped to meet project demands.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the HVDC industry or similar high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Long experience in electrical installations and commissioning is preferred.
- Professional Swedish language skills are required.

Hur du kommer att påverka
- Leda, coacha och utveckla ett team av ingenjörer inom Factory System Test Operations samt skapa en positiv och samarbetsinriktad arbetsmiljö.
- Ansvara för och samordna den dagliga driften av våra testanläggningar tillsammans med andra teamchefer, samt säkerställa efterlevnad av standarder, specifikationer och säkerhetsrutiner.
- Samarbeta med kvalitetsorganisationen för att identifiera och hantera potentiella kvalitetsproblem samt förbättra testningens effektivitet och noggrannhet.
- Säkerställa att testanläggningarna har rätt bemanning och utrustning för att möta projektens behov.
- Identifiera möjligheter till processförbättringar och genomföra förändringar som ökar effektivitet och produktivitet inom teamet.
Din bakgrund
- Kandidatexamen inom elkraftteknik, elektroteknik eller annat relevant tekniskt område.
- Dokumenterad erfarenhet av en ledande befattning inom HVDC-industrin eller en liknande högteknologisk tillverkningsmiljö.
- Stark problemlösningsförmåga och förmåga att fatta välgrundade beslut under press.
- Lång erfarenhet av elektriska installationer och driftsättning är meriterande.
- Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift, är ett krav.
