As an Area Scientific Education Support | Event Coordinator, EMEA, APAC you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
How you will make an impact
- Assist with event planning by handling Cvent tasks such as building websites, surveys, managing reports, and ensuring registration pages and communications are correctly translated.
- Assist with event planning by producing webinars
- Leading travel booking process for Healthcare Professional speakers with booking agency and internal team members
- Organizing, confirming, and communicating with Healthcare Professional speakers travel logistics for events.
- Process, track, and reconcile all Scientific Education team expenses in required budgets and systems.
- Auditing documentation for each educational event to ensure compliance standards, policies, and regulations are met.
- Ensuring that data is precisely recorded, thoroughly analyzed, and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare, in a private, public, government or military environment.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Advanced or Fluent in additional languages spoken in the EMEA and/or APAC region
- At least one (1) year of experience working with compliance requirements for Health Care Professionals.
- Experience with Cvent Event Management Platform
- Experience with SmartSheets, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible work hours due to global nature of department.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in handling complex tasks and maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting using relevant tools.
- Hands-on experience with payment processing, budget reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Strong customer service background, with experience in client-facing or support roles
Work location:
- Remote
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
