The Opportunity

As a Liability Administration Assistant, you will provide dedicated administrative support to a team of Loss Adjusters, helping ensure the smooth delivery of claims and client services.

You will play a critical role in maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness while liaising with clients, insurers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • New claim registration and file management
  • Preparing and formatting reports, correspondence, and client documentation
  • Maintaining and updating claims management systems
  • Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Diary management and scheduling support
  • Preparing reports and invoices for insurers
  • Compliance monitoring and record management
  • General administrative and operational support for the team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous administration, legal administration, insurance administration, or professional services experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong document formatting and typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and Microsoft Office 365
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach

Experience within insurance, legal, financial services, or the professional services sector will be highly regarded.
