Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the RTP International Leadership Team. This role is responsible for enabling the efficient operation of the leadership function through expert calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, communications support and execution of key administrative activities. The position requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Role
• Provide direct support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management and scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, maintain records and support day-to-day department operations.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation and visa requirements where applicable
• Manage expense reporting, purchasing activities and card reconciliations in accordance with company policies and budget requirements.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including venue selection, logistics, catering and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare presentations, reports, communications, memoranda and other business documentation to support leadership activities.
• Assist with departmental budgeting, reporting and administrative programmes or projects.
• Support corporate applications, compliance processes and internal systems including access management and expense management platforms.
• Act as a key liaison between leadership, team members and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support onboarding activities for new team members and provide additional administrative support as required.
• Ensure adherence to Mastercard policies, procedures and operating standards.

All About You
• Experience providing administrative support within a corporate environment, including direct support for senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
• Results-oriented, highly proactive and able to manage changing priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, prioritise effectively and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and performing effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle is desirable.
• University education preferred.
Location Requirement: This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the London or Harrogate office.
