By building the "End User Tooling" and performance dashboards, this lead ensures that OCI has the data it needs to prove its value to VHA leadership.Detailed Scope of Work & PWS Alignment:Power Platform Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain MS SharePoint and Power Platform products (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to support OCI workstreams.Performance Monitoring Dashboards: Create and monitor dashboards for performance metrics and workflow improvements. Use Power BI to capture outcome impacts of OCI interventions.Automation & Integration: Integrate workflow and ticketing systems with automation tools. Use Power Automate to streamline updates to Value Stream Maps and implementation guides.UX/UI Design: Ensure SharePoint and Power Platform designs incorporate visual professionalism and maximize user experience for VA staff.QualificationsAdvanced Technical Proficiencies:Development: Expert in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.Data: Proficiency in SQL and SharePoint architecture.Design: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for business applications.Experience: 3+ years leading design and implementation of MS SharePoint and Power Platform products.Additional InformationWork ArrangementRemote Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise.
