General Summary:
- Co-ordinate in process quality checks in production to assess quality and ensure all reported findings are addressed.
- Routinely review regular inspection data and prepare statistical and operational performance reports.
- Plan, control and assure product and process quality in accordance with quality principles, which includes acceptance sampling, and measurement systems.
- Provide independent oversight and review of the qualification of process/ equipment/ technology transfer.
- Perform risk assessment in the change management process to assure process stability is in place.
- Proactively perform quality assessments to identify areas for improvements.
- Assess Process Changes and its implementation
- Provide Technical support, analysis and risk assessment on internal quality issues.
- Coach technical specialists. Provide training to them to build up their competency in quality tools and in process quality audits.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Degree in Quality engineering, Material, Electronics, Electrical or Quality Engineering/ Assurance is desired for positions in this field.
- Direct working experience in manufacturing environment will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge of statistical and quality tools.
