Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the overall data structure for the application. This role includes modeling how data is stored and integrated within the system, ensuring that the architecture supports the application s needs effectively. The position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align data strategies with project goals, while overseeing the implementation of data frameworks that facilitate seamless data flow and accessibility across the platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of data architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data requirements are met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and techniques.
- Experience with data integration and data storage solutions.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data architectures.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality management.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions.
