Position Summary
We are looking for a Treasury & Liquidity Analyst to support the company's daily liquidity management, ensuring the availability of funds for financial operations while contributing to the overall financial stability of the business.

 

This professional will be responsible for cash management, banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and maintaining close collaboration with the FinOps, Accounting, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Cash & Liquidity Management

  • Prepare and monitor the company's daily consolidated cash position.
  • Monitor balances across proprietary, transactional, and regulatory accounts.
  • Ensure sufficient liquidity for settlements, payments, and other financial obligations.
  • Manage transfers between bank accounts.
  • Execute investments, redemptions, and financial transfers.
  • Maintain operational relationships with financial institutions and banking partners.

Cash Flow Management

  • Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and report them to the Group Headquarters.
  • Monitor variances between budgeted and actual cash flow.
  • Support the financial planning process.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Monitoring FX settlement operations.
  • Forecasting settlement requirements.
  • Supporting financial reconciliations.

Financial Reconciliations

  • Ensure daily reconciliation between bank accounts, internal systems, and accounting records.
  • Investigate and identify financial discrepancies.
  • Follow up on outstanding reconciliation items until resolution.
  • Support the monthly financial closing process.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

  • Previous experience in Corporate Treasury, including cash flow management, cash and liquidity management, and banking relationships.
  • Experience within a Financial Institution, FinTech, or Payment Institution.
  • Experience with AI-driven automation initiatives is considered a plus but is not mandatory.

  • Advanced to Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Fluent Portuguese (mandatory).

  • Previous experience in the payments industry.
  • Knowledge of instant payment settlement structures (e.g., PIX or similar payment schemes).
  • Experience in financial process automation.
  • Participation in ERP implementations or finance transformation projects.
