We are looking for a Senior Manager for our CORE Strategic Engagements team.

This role partners closely with managers to translate strategy into action, to solve complex business challenges, and to deliver results grounded with advanced CORE methods and tools.

This is a Remote role requiring frequent (25% or more) domestic travel.
What You Will Do:
- Strategic Engagement Leader – Raytheon CORE team.
- Collaborate across the organization to optimize the business, to solve the most difficult problems, and to deliver results that maximize customer success.
- Partner and manage improvement initiatives, including scope, cost, schedule, financial forecasting (including EAC), project/resource planning, and risk/opportunity mitigation
- Define, track, and maintain key project metrics, milestones, critical paths, and overall initiative performance.
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling communications and updates for leadership
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching, mentoring, facilitating, and training the CORE methods and tools
- Accelerate the development of "CORE Experts-in-Training" to expand certified capabilities and impact

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience.
- Experience in Raytheon program processes/cadence
- Previous experience partnering and influencing managers and stakeholders across the organization
- Experience driving transformational change, process improvement, efficiencies, and/or cost reduction/avoidance using project and change management skills
- CORE Expert or other equivalent certification (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt). (CORE Expert-in-Training with advanced progress in the EiT journey map will be considered.)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Lead and execute at the pace, urgency, and dynamic demands of the business
- Demonstrated success in building and strengthening internal customer relationships
- Experience leading, training and coaching Lean and 6Sigma methods & tools
- Background in cost reduction, EAC improvement, or synergy creation
master’s degree in Business, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related degree - Advanced certification in Lean/CORE/Six Sigma or equivalent external certification(s)

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
