In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational goals, enhance employee experience, and foster a high performance culture.You'll bring a strong strategic mindset, deep understanding of the SEA employment landscape, and a collaborative approach to navigate complex people challenges and drive meaningful impact.What You Will Do:Business PartneringServe as a strategic business advisor to business leaders in local market, providing guidance on people related mattersPartner with leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into effective people strategiesCoach and advise managers on performance management, employee development, and team effectivenessDrive talent management initiatives including succession planning and workforce planning for the local marketLead and facilitate organizational design discussions to support business growthEmployee Relations & CultureAct as a trusted advisor to employees, handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in compliance with local employment lawChampion company culture and values, driving engagement initiatives and ensuring a positive employee experienceConduct stay interviews, pulse checks, and exit interviews to surface insights and drive retention strategiesSupport DEI initiatives and ensure an inclusive workplace environmentTalent & PerformanceDrive end to end performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid year reviews, and year end evaluationsIdentify talent gaps and collaborate with L&D to develop targeted learning and development plansSupport compensation benchmarking and rewards reviews in partnership with the Total Rewards teamProject ManagementPx Initiatives: Lead or support Px projects related to process improvement, automation, employee engagement and strategic initiativesChange Management: Manage Px aspects of organizational changes, including communication, training, and transition supportStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with business objectivesFulfill any other tasks as reasonably instructed to assist in the business's growth and progressRequirementsWho You Really Are:Your thinking matters more than your title or tenure.
