We are currently seeking motivated Back-Office Agents to join our team in Athens. Your mission will be to assist our customers in their journey through our platform ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience at every touchpoint.

As a Back-Office Agent you will:
- Manage incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and high-quality service.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions regarding products purchased through the company鈥檚 online platform.
- Accurately register and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Monitor the progress of customer requests and liaise with Pricefox partners to ensure their optimal and timely resolution.
- Review, process, forward, and archive electronic documents in accordance with internal procedures and each partner鈥檚 Sales Policy.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Department, providing administrative and operational support.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor鈥檚 degree
- Fluency in Greek
- You鈥檙e tech-savvy and comfortable using computers
- Strong communication skills
- Team player mentality
