  • Coordinate design interfaces with Engineering, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, Project Management, Sales, and Operations; resolve clashes, missing inputs, and drawing-related issues.

  • Ensure tank and piping designs reflect practical fabrication, assembly, transport, installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance requirements.

  • Participate in design reviews, model reviews, constructability and manufacturability reviews, and close out review comments in a controlled and traceable manner.

  • Maintain drawing registers, design files, standard details, templates, and databases to ensure traceability, version control, and efficient reuse of approved designs.

  • Support manufacturing and site teams by clarifying drawings, resolving shop-floor queries, incorporating approved changes, and preparing as-built documentation when required.

  • Mentor and train drafters and junior designers, provide technical guidance, perform quality checks, and promote continuous improvement in drafting productivity and quality.

Qualifications:(Education/No. of Years of Experience).

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Drafting, or equivalent.
