E-commerce Operations Manager US - RemoteSuppCoRemoteFull-time
Earlier this year, SuppCo was acquired by Function Health, the membership platform that gives people a complete picture of their health through lab biomarker testing and clinician-backed insights. It's a natural fit: Function shows you what's happening inside your body, and SuppCo helps you act on it with confidence. The full SuppCo team has joined Function for the long haul, and together we're building the most trusted health optimization experience anywhere—for millions of members.
This is a rare moment, as SuppCo and Function are launching a category-defining feature in late 2026 that will change how users buy supplements forever. You'd be joining an experienced founder-led team with a track record of building and scaling category-defining products, now backed by Function's reach, data, and membership base. The ambition is big, the runway is real, and the work matters.
The SuppCo Buying Club is a first-of-its-kind supplement marketplace incentivized to help members make their supplement routine truly work for them (rather than just pushing them more product). Buying Club members earn credits on every purchase to redeem significant savings on future purchases. Beyond unlocking industry-leading value on top-tier supplements, the Buying Club integrates into SuppCo’s digital platform, helping users align their product shipments to their actual supplement schedule and find products that meet their nutrient needs and doses.
The E-commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for scaling the full suite of operational workflows for the Buying Club. If you’ve ever wanted to learn (and own!) how to stand up a new business line, this role is for you. From catalog management to building customer support playbooks and leading end-of-month revenue close with finance, the E-commerce Operations Manager is a role that will build operational chops and cross-functional know-how. This role will be joining SuppCo at a unique moment when a new product is going from 1 to 100x.
This role is starting as a 5-month apprenticeship available for internal Function team members only. Estimated time commitment = 20-30 hours a week. Continued role need and fit will be assessed toward the end of the apprenticeship, and the apprentice will have first opportunity for permanent hire if mutual fit.
This role is best suited for those energized by fast-paced environments, excited to build in a high-growth setting, and deeply motivated by our mission at Function and SuppCo. If you're looking for meaningful challenges, dynamic work, and the opportunity to make a real impact—we’d love to meet you.
Your dedication to these responsibilities will directly contribute to the success of our platform and the satisfaction of our users. We are looking for a proactive, skilled, and forward-thinking individual to join our team and help shape the future of our services.
