Charge Registered Nurse - Mental Health

Regions Hospital has a great opportunity to join our nursing team as a Charge RN in Mental Health to work with an incredible team of people who have a passion for caring for others! 

Northeast 5 serves patients 18 years and older and are experiencing an acute mental health illness of high acuity. In addition, patients may have medical/surgical conditions that are being treated and require intervention.

We treat all mental illnesses in adults at our state-of-the-art facility which means we can provide comprehensive, personalized care for all our patient’s needs, no matter how complex.

Work Schedule: 0.80 Nights. Every other weekend rotation and some holidays

Required Qualifications: 

•Degree in Nursing
•Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
•CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers

Preferred Qualifications:

•BSN/MSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN/MSN is obtained within 5 years of hire
•Two (2) years experience in area of specialty preferred at 0.8 FTE, or above (minimum of 3328 hours).
•Mental Health RN experience
