EXL is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Lead - Business Analyst - to join our Payment Integrity business. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and driving product solutions that deliver outstanding value to our clients.

*Base Salary Range: $60,100 - $98,700

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze client information to identify potential improvement areas and partner with internal team to design solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and define business requirements.
  • Identify and validate new opportunities through data analysis and assessments in partnership with the internal team and clients.
  • Provide insights to build compelling business cases for new products or product enhancements for clients.
  • Assist with the complete bid process, from RFI/RFP analysis to win plan development.
  • Document business requirements, process flows, and project plans.
  • Oversee project progress, proactively address roadblocks, and ensure successful implementations.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and growth teams to create impactful client-facing materials.
  • Champion these materials to internal teams to support client pitches and presentations.
  • Collaborate with finance, MIS, and reporting teams to extract, build, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
  • Validate and analyze data to provide fact-based insights to leadership.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative business analysis.

Who You Are:

  • Proven Problem Solver: You have 5-6 years of experience (or equivalent combination) in technology and product management, ideally within healthcare IT, claims processing, or data analytics.
  • Technical Acumen: You have hands-on experience with systems and software implementation.
  • Project Management: experienced in leading large projects.
  • Global Collaboration: You have thrived in a global delivery model and understand the complexities of working across diverse teams and time zones. Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Data Magician: You are proficient in data analysis and process visualization tools, leveraging SQL to extract valuable insights.
  • Continuous Learner: You are passionate about staying ahead of the curve and fostering a culture of learning within your team.
  • Client Advocate: You always keep the client's perspective at the forefront, proactively understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Results-Oriented: You are a self-starter with a track record of success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Communication Master: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can present complex information clearly and concisely.

 

Must Have:

  • Knowledge of claims auditing.
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills.

Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications.
