Summary:

Meta is hiring an Internal Communications Manager to lead internal communications for the Global Business Group and the Small and Medium Business Group, the company's sales organizations. In this role, you will serve as a trusted communications partner to sales leadership, shaping how business priorities, advertiser solutions, and monetization strategies are communicated to thousands of employees across global go-to-market teams. You will develop and execute communications programs that connect sales teams, revenue operations, and business marketing functions to Meta's broader mission and commercial objectives, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement across complex, international, fast-moving organizations.

Internal Communications Manager, Sales and Monetization Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy for the sales organizations, aligning the messaging with business priorities and revenue goals
  1. Partner with sales leadership and XFNs to craft executive communications, including all-hands presentations, leadership messages, and organizational announcements (proactive and reactive)
  1. Translate complex advertiser solutions, monetization product updates, and go-to-market strategies into clear, compelling narratives
  1. Design and manage communications channels and cadences that keep global sales teams informed, engaged, and aligned on priorities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional partners across product marketing, people operations, finance, and legal to ensure coordinated and consistent messaging across the sales organization
  1. Identify gaps in organizational understanding of monetization strategy and develop targeted communications interventions to address them
  1. Measure the effectiveness of internal communications programs using engagement data and feedback mechanisms, iterating on approaches to improve reach and impact
  1. Advise and coach sales leaders on communications best practices, helping them build their presence and effectiveness with their teams
  1. Manage communications planning and execution for major sales organization moments including revenue kickoffs, product launches, and organizational changes
  1. Proactively identify emerging communications risks or alignment gaps within the sales and monetization organization and develop mitigation strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field, with direct support of sales, revenue, or go-to-market organizations
  1. Experience developing and executing communications strategies for large, geographically distributed organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes
  1. Experience translating business and commercial strategy into clear, audience-appropriate narratives for frontline and leadership audiences
  1. Experience advising and influencing senior leaders on communications approach, messaging, and channel strategy
  1. Experience using data and feedback to measure communications effectiveness and drive iterative improvements to programs and content

Public Compensation:

$146,000/year to $206,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
