- Manage a team of Placement professionals, building a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement, and supporting professional development and capability uplift.
- Define and deliver operational service metrics, report performance to senior leadership, and build improvement plans to close gaps and lift outcomes.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and operational stakeholders to maintain robust governance frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee placement operational risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
What you need to have:
- Leadership experience within insurance broking or a related financial services environment, ideally with exposure to placement operations (broking or underwriting environments).
- Strong people leadership skills (coaching, delegation, motivation, and performance uplift).
- Experience working effectively with geographically distributed teams (including offshore/shared service partners) and navigating time zone differences.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Sound understanding of operating in a regulated environment, including risk management and compliance.
Why join our team:
- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
